PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

KITFILTER is made in galvanised sheet and can be connected to extraction and dust collection systems used in various production processes.

KITFILTER has a modular structure suitable for filtering systems with capacities ranging from 3,000 to 60,000 m3/h and higher. Depending on the chemical and physical nature of the dust to be treated, KITFILTER comes in different versions for use under particular operating conditions.

KITFILTER 1 is the base element. As modules are standardised, it is possible to expand the filter station, over time, to adapt it to changing and increasing air flow needs of the extraction system, which results in KITFILTER
2, 3, 4, 5 ..... up to model 9. Each module is fitted with 4 filter cartridges (pleated filter elements) in PE polyester (22 m2 of filtration surface in each cartridge). Capacity from 3,000 to 60,000 m3/h. KITFILTER is easy to mount. Its modular design and simple instructions allow it to be mounted even by unskilled personnel.

CHARACTERISTIC

KITFILTER can be installed indoors or outdoors, depending on the user’s layout requirements. Cartridges are cleaned by a reverse pulse jet system that uses compressed air in a controlled programmed sequence, with the machine on or off, while monitoring the Δp value and therefore also the conditions of the cartridges. Filtration efficiency: 99.92% - Residual dust <10 – 5 - 1 mg/Nm3 B.G.I.A.
(Berufgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit, Inter-professional Institute for Workplace Safety). KITFILTER ONE is equipped with a centrifugal fan housed inside the casing. On KITFILTER models 1, 2, 3, etc., the fan is external.
