The piping for suction ducts

The ducts of the aspiration and air treatment systems must meet specific strength and durability requirements, so as to withstand the passage of air contaminated by pollutants, fumes and potentially corrosive vapors, and resist wear related to the passage of large volumes of particulate matter and dust.

Our pipes are made of galvanized sheet metal or AISI 304, AISI 316 or EN UNI EN 1507 stainless steel, austenitic alloys with a high chromium and nickel content, and molybdenum added to ensure high resistance to electrolytic corrosion from chlorides. Compliance with these stringent European standards is an important guarantee of compliance with construction criteria - from tolerances to thicknesses and bending radii - which translate into the highest possible quality and technical performance. In this way, the pipes we supply offer optimal performance both in terms of structural rigidity and in bringing air leaks and pressure drops to virtually zero.

Our pipes are available in any diameter, shape and length, upon customer request, so as to minimize the number of joints required for installation; where necessary, they can also be made in compliance with ATEX regulations.
