Short-term rental of filtration systems It is the ideal solution for situations where purchasing a device or system would be uneconomical. This occurs in some specific situations where the need for air filtration is temporary:

• An example may be a company that has ordered a complete and stable filtration system, but will only receive it after a few weeks due to the complexity of the project. Short-term temporary rental of mobile wheeled units, although insufficient for intensive and prolonged use, will allow the company to work on the project while waiting to receive the ordered system;

• Another situation where short-term rental proves to be the winning choice is that of a construction site that will only remain open for a few months, during which, however, a large number of operations requiring aspiration and filtration will be carried out, such as welding. In this case, purchasing the equipment would be uneconomical, given the occasional nature of the need; rental, on the other hand, allows you to have excellent equipment to work in full compliance with the regulations, with the knowledge that you can return it once the use is finished.

We rent a wide range of wheeled filter-aspirator units for short-term use, for maximum practicality and mobility. Short-term rental has a variable duration from a minimum of one week to a maximum of six months, possibly renewable.

Long-term rental of filtration systems for fumes and dust is a different solution from the previous one, and motivated by different reasons. The advantages of long-term rental are in fact more economic than functional: it is a procedure suitable for those who use the filtration system regularly and for long periods, and not for those who only need it occasionally.

The first advantage of long-term rental of air aspiration and filtration systems lies in the deferral of the investment: no advance payment is required, which allows you to maintain liquidity and distribute the cost over several financial years, while having access to state-of-the-art equipment;

2. Secondly, this type of rental eliminates any risk of obsolescence of the equipment, since you are investing in the function (aspiration and filtration) and not in the object (the filter) which is periodically renewed at each expiry date with more advanced models;

3. Thirdly, the fee for a long-term rental can include, in addition to the use of the air filtration device, also the costs of installation, scheduled maintenance, spare parts, continuous remote monitoring (according to Industry 4.0 standards) also with temperature and triboelectric probes, and the exhaust stack analysis service, in addition to insurance, of course;

4. A fourth advantage is that the long-term rental of air filtration systems has no negative impact on industry studies. This means that, compared to any other form of financing or payment for the asset, rental leads to the most significant reduction in taxes;

5. The fifth advantage is of a fiscal nature: the rented filtration system is entirely deductible, even for periods shorter than traditional depreciation. Furthermore, the asset is not included in the calculation of IRAP taxation;

6. Finally, rented filtration systems are not considered assets, which greatly simplifies their accounting, both in acquisition and liquidation, for the administrative office.

Rental fees and period, starting from 18 and reaching up to 60 months, are negotiated to meet the customer's specific needs.
