To achieve this result, BRUNO BALDUCCI SRL requires professionalism and management skills from its operators. To this end, the General Management of BRUNO BALDUCCI SRL has also decided to develop a Quality Management System that ensures the achievement of the set objectives.
This System has been developed in accordance with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001; this standard indicates the requirements that must be met to ensure the quality of the products / services provided and Customer satisfaction.
The Quality Management System establishes operating procedures, tasks, responsibilities, and interfaces for each company function that contributes to achieving and maintaining the level of quality within the planned costs. The application of the illustrated criteria, the verification of their effectiveness, and their updating are guaranteed by the constant contribution and support of the General Management.
The General Management is also particularly responsible for the timely application of the requirements contained in this Manual and in the Procedures referenced by it.
With the approval of this Declaration, the General Management of BRUNO BALDUCCI SRL undertakes the commitment to make operational the requirements and methodologies referenced by the Quality Manual and to ensure their application.
