PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Bruno Balducci Srl deals with the preventive maintenance of air aspiration and filtration systems of its own and others' design, with periodic control contracts
What is preventive maintenance of air filtration systems
An air aspiration and filtration system is a complex construction, with many different functional elements, subject both to the critical issues of any company plant and to the inevitable and progressive degeneration of its heart – the filters – which requires an accurate periodic check no less frequently than every six months.
This check, made mandatory by current regulations, can also be technically entrusted to internal company personnel; however, a check carried out by competent and specialized technicians
The law makes mandatory, with precise regulations, the random check of filtered air emissions into the atmosphere in industrial environments. Once the exhaust chimneys have been built and the verification points have been prepared, it is naturally necessary to prepare access routes to the specific locations where the sampling will be carried out. Specific UNI standards establish the safety requirements of these stations and the path to reach them. For this reason, the stairs and walkways for sampling industrial emissions are made with all the appropriate and necessary safety protections for operators, so as to allow safe and quick access and create a comfortable and safe workstation to perform these operations.

transmission belt check, if any
-
compressed air pulse pause
-
filter element cleaning check
-
fan check
-
visual examination of external filter conditions

speed at the suction hood sections and flow rate control
Within two weeks of the verification, the customer receives a complete and detailed report of the inspection results, including any critical issues detected; a quote for the replacement of all used consumables or any damaged parts is attached to this report.
