SOUNDPROOF WALLS

Design, construction, installation and maintenance of anechoic walls for industry in all sizes.

What are anechoic walls?

An anechoic wall is a barrier that is designed and installed in industrial plants in order to generate a sound shadow zone between the source of a loud noise and the operators.

This allows to isolate workstations from areas with maximum noise levels; anechoic walls are an essential element in the field of noise reduction in industrial environments.

Why are anechoic walls used?

The reason why anechoic walls are installed in an industrial plant is linked to the difficulties of acoustic insulation of structures, both indoors and outdoors. Anechoic walls are in fact designed to have maximum efficiency in reducing noise pollution from constituent elements and pre-existing discontinuities, and are almost indispensable to avoid the problem of reverberation from ceilings and walls.
This means that the combination of anechoic walls with air filtration equipment is almost constant; in many circumstances - such as in self-cleaning filters, which are periodically subjected to strong and noisy jets of compressed air - this type of acoustic shielding is the only one able to solve the problem efficiently.

Bruno Balducci srl soundproof walls

At Bruno Balducci srl, soundproof walls for noise reduction are entirely manufactured by us, from design to production and installation. This allows us to customize each product offered to the specific needs and critical issues of a client, a fundamental practice in a complex field such as noise reduction in an industrial plant.

Our soundproof barriers are made from a basic steel frame, on which sound-absorbing cladding panels in mineral wool are assembled. In addition to the very high acoustic attenuation efficiency, this material is also rot-proof, incombustible and unalterable, thus guaranteeing more than satisfactory durability. The covering is made of perforated and pre-painted galvanized sheet metal.
