CARTRIDGE FILTERS: KITFILTER
KITFILTER is a filter designed and manufactured in galvanized sheet metal to be connected to aspiration and dust removal systems in various production processes.
OPERATION
KITFILTER has a modular structure capable of composing filtering systems for flow rates from 3,000 to 60,000 m3/h and more, depending on the chemical and physical nature of the dust to be treated, KITFILTER is supplied for particular operating conditions in different versions.
KITFILTER 1 is the basic element which, thanks to the principle of standardization of the modules, allows, over time, the expansion of the filter station adapting it to the changed and increased air flow rate requirements of the aspiration system, transforming into KITFILTER 2, 3, 4, 5 ... up to 9. Each module is equipped with 4 filter cartridges (pleated filter elements) in PE polyester (22 m2 of filter surface area each). Flow rate from 3,000 to 60,000 m3/h. KITFILTER is easy to assemble. Its modularity and simple instructions allow assembly by even unskilled personnel.
FEATURES
KITFILTER can be installed indoors or outdoors, adapting to the user's layout requirements. Cleaning of the cartridges is guaranteed by the compressed air “reverse pulse jet” system which acts, with programmed and controlled sequence, both during plant operation and when stopped, also monitoring the Δp value and therefore the condition of the cartridges. Filtration efficiency: 99.92% – Residual dust < 10 – 5 – 1 mg/Nm3 (B.I.A. Test) KITFILTER ONE is equipped with a centrifugal fan housed inside the casing. For KITFILTER 1, 2, 3, etc. the fan is external.
